  This project consists of 2 small and 1 large retail building with 6 units. Landscaping, lawn irrigation, shade trees, evergreen trees and ground covers.
• Beazer Homes: Raritan Valley
  This project is a reforestation with street trees, walking paths, entry islands and detention basins.
• D.R. Horton: Grande Preserve
  This project consisted of extensive landscaping in a newly constructed development. In addition, the project included a detention basin that the owner requested be re-established as forest-like setting. CJL achieved the desired effect by utilizing plants and trees already existing in the surrounding areas.

  Our projects consisted of the Kiddie Acadameys and Columbus Baptist Church.
• Fieldstone Associates: Barclay Square
  This project consists of 20 apartment buildings. Night lighting, irrigation and extensive plantings are all part of this ongoing project.

  This project consists of basin plantings. Retail shopping plaza located in Old Bridge.
• Kaplan Companies: Lamere
  This project is a community consisting of 45 town home buildings including numerous block walls. Additionally, extensive wetlands mitigation projects need to be completed.
• Kaplan Companies: Villages at Cinnaminson Harbor, NJ.
  This project is a community tucked away in a quiet tranquil setting along the Delaware River. Great views, easy access to the River Line and local shopping.
• Kaplan Companies: Federal Hill at Perth Amboy
  This project is a community consisting of townhomes and condominiums.The city of Perth Amboy was recently ranked fifth most livable city in New Jersey.

  This project is 1.65 million sq. ft state of the art warehouse/distribution space in four buildings located in Bordentown, NJ.
